Long before Noah Carr was selling roofs, he was on a stage — and his hometown of Kimberly, Idaho, gave him plenty of room to grow into both worlds, with the kind of open spaces and tight-knit community he still loves about it. Before roofing, Noah grew up doing theater and live performances, the kind of stage work that teaches you to hold a room and read an audience in real time. When Covid hit, and the live performance world shut down, Noah needed a steadier path — and the transition from stage to sales turned out to be a natural one. He started selling roofs in Reno, Nevada, and eventually made the move to Dallas because the market there had more opportunity. From there, his experience carried him to TC Roofing & Restorations.
Noah's specialty is roof knowledge and the numbers — pairing real technical fluency with the confidence to explain it cleanly. His professional superpower is his personality: he is genuinely good at connecting with each homeowner, which is what allows him to give every client a comfortable, low-pressure experience. The mentor line he picked up early in his sales career and still holds onto: "Lord, grant that I may always desire more than I achieve." His client philosophy is tailored — be as hands-on or hands-off as you want, communicate however suits you, and we'll move on your timeline. The project that put him on this path was his very first roof in Reno; he still considers it the moment that made the rest of his career possible.
At home, Noah lives with his beautiful girlfriend and their three-year-old golden retriever. Off the clock he is at live music shows, hanging out with friends, cooking, and tending to the garden he and his partner share. Fun fact: he is a serious comic book collector. Bucket-list goal: own enough land to buy a cow.
